I am sitting here watching Jesus Camp and wondering how I didn't turn into one of those people.
Thank you God for my pagan tendencies.

I heard once, I am not sure when or from whom, that you need math for every single thing you do in life.

I have decided to take this theory and apply it to verbal communication.
I have decided to try and prove that:

Math is required for any and all verbal communication between human beings.

I am not saying that it is a conscious...

My ear's point ever so slightly and as a result of this my mother called me 'Spock Baby' as a kid.
I have had a small obsession with Mr. Spock for as long as I can remember.

This makes me happy because I love Spock and I love all things geek.

ROCK PAPER SCISSORS LIZARD SPOCK!

Shwew...disatster averted!

Is this when the new movie comes out? It's actually my birthday! eeek

As for Celtic....choked again.

As I wrote on my forum I should just go copy and paste my comments from most of these games and my comments from the beginning of the season because I'm tired of writing the same old crap about the team choking games away and more importantly the board letting the team and the fanbase down. frown

There is still hope, but even a win at this point would be bittersweet.

Ian and I went to his mothers today to spend Mothers Day with her and his sister.
We were there for six hours.
We were in transit for roughly 9 hours. We didn't leave New Jersey and in fact we only went 87.8 miles.
Yeah.

Five rows left to go on the sari.
I'll finish it tonight while I teach TheDonna to knit.

Old Firm game tomorrow and I really need The Bhoys to kick ass, take names and win the damn thing. It's games like this that make me miss Neil Lennon being a player. frown

Thanks! I like getting back into being creative... I miss making things and sharing them with other people. You seem to really have that talent! It's hard to get back into it all though. I hope I stick at it this time.

That sounds like a great idea! I'm making some Christmas presents early this year too, my boyfriend's family are all vegetarian and I'm going to make some recipe books, hand-stitching the pages into a book and doing sketches and paintings as illustrations... are you much of a cook? I'd be happy to make one for you too if you thought it might be something you'd like! I'm a bit paranoid about doing a big artwork since I'm just getting back into it all, but I think this sounds really manageable and I've always wanted to make artist's books. What do you think?

I am about half way done with the sari I am knitting for one of Ian's deities. I have a Friday deadline for this it, considering how long I have been working on it... yeah. I should be further along.
After I finish it I am starting my first none scarf type project.

Diced Kilt Hose.

I am a brave woman. Luckily my friend Kitsa...

I'm sitting here listening to Rocks Tribute to The Who.
I have decided that I love them.
I have known for a while that Roger Daltrey is sexy stuff. The man gets better with age, but I think I might just have to have Ian download some of their stuff for me to listen too.

I'm finding that as i get older I learn more...

I love going out and having great meals with my pals. I am not a social butterfly by any stretch of the imagination and my core group of friends is pretty small. When I see them, which is rare considering all the traveling they are doing lately, it is always a good time.

Tonight Ian and I met up with Donna and Logan, both of...

My ex was a douche like that. In high school he wore all black, except for these blue, rectangle sunglasses. He loved art and listened to Iggy Pop. Somehow he went from that to wearing Tommy Hilfiger, playing golf, and listening to hip hop.
