I'm feeling better today. As for my plans, I'm going to a house warming party at a friends house locally so I might not be in a fit state to update my journal in the morning.

hey honey my friend uses these Guatamalan worry people, you can buy them in the discovery shop. Supposedly use whisper your worries or nightmares to these little woolen people put them in the bag under your pillow and hrough the night they hold your fears away. Not sure if they work but it really seems like a nice idea x hope you sleep better x
