my friend broke her wrist in the park. second to last run. she took it like a champ though and i guess isn't too too bummed out. surgery and everything . .. fuck.
speaking of horrible injuries, i am now fully insured thanks to my boss. there was a hiccup with my ability to get my benefits and he convinced the HR folks to pull some strings.
the end of the season is creeping up. spring break hit will come most likely this weekend and go on until the start of april. then its just two more weeks and the resorts start closing up shop around here. we usually get some good storms in early april when tourism is super low, so i'm looking forward to (hopefully) a few more pow days before its A-Basin slush until June.
