aw suga, so with ya rite now. old pictures creep up on me like the boogeyman with an ax who wants to decapitate me lol 
due to alot of diff. wacked out illness's and meds that go along with it, i go up and down like 30 pounds evey year, i completely understand where your coming from. i have a man that loves me, and has gone thru so much with me, but even though he loves ME he doesnt love bigger mamas in general,so after all these years, i still dont feel 100% comfy with being naked with him. i knwo thats me but it just is still lol ya know?
so i've cut out pop in my diet too, work for at least 30 mins on recumbent bike or diff videos. <fyi i just tried bellydancing videos, and it was awesome! i really recommend it!>. I cut out fried stuff, all meat, and i dont really rock the dairy anyways. most important is just feelin and bein healthy, the less you obsess about it, the easier it will be. imho. you are so strong, and so sexy, so just keep the cutest chin in the world UP and know your sexier than any other woman in the world
