Well ... it's been a week. My foot is black & blue & purple & yellow ... and it still hurts like hell to walk around. Maybe I did break the stupid thing .... maybe I should have taken my dumb ass to the clinic!

I walk to my car after work. It's been snowing so there's snow stuck to my boots. Before I step into the car, I kick my feet solidly against the running board to ditch the snow. Not very smart ... duh!!
Now my badly bruised foot is extremely bruised!!

Whew! Good news is my foot is very badly bruised but not broken. Bad news is that I usually run on the treadmill to work off my frustrations ... but that's out for the next little while. Guess I'll see if I can handle the bike instead.
