unfortunately, I know exactly how it feels to have someone hit your parked vehicle. a girl slammed into the back of my dad's pickup truck which then in turn slammed into the back of my car which was a good 10 feet across the driveway in the grass right next to the street. her car was undriveable it was wrecked so bad and on top of that her little brother's head bounced off the windshield and left a spiderweb because he wasn't wearing a seatbelt.

I totally respect your choice, I think that choice in our society is what separates us from them, so to speak. I will however respectfully disagree with what is largely propaganda on meat.org. It is true, the argument that since animals eat meat we should to is weak, we are however as human beings, classified as omnivores. If we weren't, we'd have teeth like an elephant, or perhaps a camel. At the very least, our teeth are designed to allow us to handle vegitation as well as afford us the ability to cut and rip flesh (meat). There are places where you can purchase organicly raised and carefully processed meats and cheeses, like whole foods, that is perfectly safe to consume. I think just as vegitarians [vegans] should use care in what they eat to ensure they are healthy, so should those who eat meat as well as vegitables. And just as the body needs more than soy protiens (or other sources of non-meat protein) it also needs more than what meat provides, that's why most healthy people eat both. I just wish folks would stop fighting about the whole thing, can't we just agree to disagree and find something righteous to fight, like finding a good president, or which is better, satellite or cable? HaHa...

The question to ask is, "where did you get the idea she is overrated?" The hidden point in that is whoever posted that comment thinks Anima is rated highly, so by commenting at all he/she/whoever is ADMITTING that Anima is rated highly. Of course the person making the comment is an asshole, but that's sort of beside the point. There are a lot of assholes here, just as there are a lot of assholes everywhere, but what this asshole apparently didn't realize is by saying Anima is overrated, he/she/whatever is giving her a compliment - how's THAT for twisted logic? For myself, (a) I think she is not rated highly enough, especially when I read what you had said about what she's accomplished and what sort of person she seems to be and (b) like I was taught when I was young, if you have nothing good to say about someone, say nothing. This asshole obviously has problems of his/her/its own or he/she/whatever wouldn't have said what (you get it by now, he/she/it) said. That was the long answer, here's the short one: hey asshole, shut the fuck up (STFU, as you put it so well).

I was thinking about taking it too. I have a friend I work with who has had excellent results on it. She has lost about 20-30 lbs taking it for a few months now. She was on Xenical before Alli hit the market and then switched to Alli. She said that in the beginning you will go to the bathroom alot, but after 2 months it goes away. I have the book on it, and I was thinking about buying it, but it is expensive. Please update us on your progress.
