Been having a great father's day weekend. Both my kids have been here and it's great. They haven't fought once. Hard for and 18 and 16 year old to do I know. I'd put a picture up of the boy but I think you ladies would eat him alive. HAHAHHAHAHHAA! Oh well I'm going to just bask in the good times.

Rode my bike to work yesterday. it's a 10 mile ride. I haven't ridden in almost a year, so even I was surprised I made and in good time. Hopefully this becomes my new habit.

Going to work today. Last night was a bad night. I swear my boss is out to get me. I'll probabl have to sit in an incident review today, where she will try to find a way to write me up. Just irritated cause I won't even know the outcome until tomorrow. Oh well got to face the music.

Oh man my son took me out to eat for the first time today! Woohoo proud daddy day!

Today I will ride my bike to work. It will be fun and I will enjoy it. I want to do this.

Going to the Indian store today. Round fifty thousand of trying to go back to be vegetarian. I was vegan for the longest time. I really am like that guy on supersize me, though I still haven't watched it.

Can't sleep anymore. Too stressed all the time. The sun finally came out today and I'm going to try to enjoy it. Got a new bike and tires for my old one. Soon I'm going to be a lean mean biking machine. I guess I really need to though I've packed on a few pounds this last year. Oh well how've you been?

Today on "My psycho ex blog". I discovered her new beau is a heroin addict. And she may have exposed our daughter to him while he was high. I don't even have the words to describe this. But if this ever happens again I will do unspeakable carnage.

This morning for my birthday some coworkers took me to a late night pho' resteraunt. When we were leaving a homeless man asked if any of us smoked and nothing more. My wife asked me and my daughter out to eat today. My wife and I are seperated just not legally, but we don't live together.
