Well folks it's finally happened. My doctors recommended I go vegan. So back on the old vegan train, been doing pretty good about it. I think I'll still keep fatterday's thank you.

It can if you eat right. You can be vegan and eat all junk food and never lose weight. You got to cut out salt, sugar, and fat. Most people don't get enough b12 and calcium, so you'd probably need a supplement. Also you need to keep moving around, remember you don't start burning fat until after 45 minutes of cardio. Walking is the best I hear, especially if you have hills.
My cat is dumb, or crazy. I thought letting her outside would keep her from running around the house like a menace, it didn't.
