Thank you to everyone who wished me happy birthday? I love you all. My back really hurts right now so no working out for a little while. My dad left today for Nicaragua, he will be there about the middle of August. That is it for now.

My cousin just got back from Iraq a few months ago so a topic like that definitely hits home for me.

Eventhough I don't completely agree with the current war - every ounce in me respects those who serve... It's a truly admirable thing for someone to put their lives on the line to serve their country and people.. That makes a person really something else, thanks for everything you've done smile
