Yeah I have always been a fan of melatonin when I am flying to the US and back. It helps to regulate my sleep patern. But when it gets really bad I tend to use that and tylanol PM, which incidentallly I can't believe you can by the stuff without a prescription in the US

I never made it - a sinus infection I thought I'd got rid of has come back with a fucking vengeance and I've been whiting out all day. I feel fuckin weird 
I'm absolutely gutted though - would have loved to have seen some of the new stuff live. The CD just keeps on growing on me. ntw though, they tour about 250 nights a year so no doubt they'll be back soon.
