had dinner with mom and grandma last night. good time. always good to catch up with grandma. tonight is poker night at friends house. saturday is relax time. sunday going to cousin's birthday. he is the best. we gonna drink coors light and eat sunflower seeds at the baseball frields out in ramona.

Every night for the past week I've come home and my kid has shoved a plastic sword in my hand and told me I'm Peter Pan all so he can have a coat hanger in one hand (his hook) and a sword in the other and relive some variation on that fight. The only way I can calm him down enough to cook a meal is to put on the video.
