those are awesome things to be proud of. Sometimes living is the hardest thing you can do in this world..I heard a quote on Buffy saying something similar to that once (I know, perhaps the Buffy writers aren't wordsmiths, but still...)

oh and the yard sale.... it's a yearly event in my neighborhood on the 4th of july.. called the mile long yard sale... it's a huge event... 100's of people come, and you can sell just about anything, which is about what i'm selling.. lots of different stuff...from dolls, to kitchen stuff, to furniture...

The speech went fine. I got a 91 out of 100, so I am pretty happy.

Congrats! I didn't do so well in the class, even though my last speech got almost a perfect grade. It's my own fault though... I was too lazy to do most of the written assignments.
