im losing hair like mad. i cant finish a meal without it making its way down to interfere. i dont know what that means. i need more protein or something. i bought some chicken but i dont really know how to cook chicken so it is still the ice box.

make chicken soup! ( not like those stupid horrible self help books..)
just chop it up, and cook it in water with some spices, and potatoes, carrota and onions for an hour or so, until it smells yummy... make some rice with it, too. rice is good with everything!
