be relaxed and confident, as for the test, schedule it late in the day and drink as much fluid as you possibly can. then go drink some more. usually you need to drink at least a gallon in the 2-3 hours before the test to flush your self.

Breathing is something I learned in school from other kids who were into martial arts. for me it wasn,t the older i got it was that i did not recognise the symptoms until i learned about after the fact i am still dealing with my ghosts and taking it one step at a time. the one thing that got me through with this is my faith in god and learning to fight for myself they tell me the one person, i'm responsible for is myself. that is the one person who has to get better. for you to get better is to challege your way of thinking.
this morning i woke-up feeling on edge not knowing why so first i tried to discover what was going on then i challenged it. Hehe... I just saw that pic of Sebastian Bach. I'm still in lust with him too. Even have all my old magazine pin-ups. I don't throw anything away. Still have all my old Johnny Depp pix from the 21 Jump Street days. You never know when you might wish you'd kept that stuff. Mostly, though, I just can't throw a picture of a beautiful someone away. Most of them are in a beat up box marked "Pulchritude". I've carried that box around with me for years. If I need a model for a body part in a painting, I can usually dig through my trusty Pulchritude box and find something.
