Elliptical trainers are fairly good cause they work your whole body.
And you probly alraedy know that you totally burn more calories if you do cardio after weights. Which brings something else up, your like all muscle girl, your probly tougher than me! and well we cant have ya losing your muscle so hmm, cause not eating isnt a good thing cause you still need energy and we dont want your body to break down your muscles. Im thinking a pure raw fruit and vege diet would help on this one. You will need vitamin pills if your gona hit that one up, its a killer on the body but a total health binge too.
Running stairs, find the tallest building on campus and run the whole damn thing up and down 5 of 6 times a day that outa hurt a bit.
Swimming, swimming is a full body work out and that should totally kick some ass.
Perhaps a few wheat grass juice shots should help clean out your system a bit.
Perhaps a colonic? Yes no? Probly no
Im thinking setting a calorie intake limit too, so you can only take in so much a day. If I think of any more I will definatly get back to you on this!

EDIT: And BRAN! yes thats right lovely bran. Bran is one of those things that sits heavy in your tummy and takes a long time to process. So like Those honey flavoured bran bars, and bran flakes or bran ceral should be good. Cause eliminating food just isnt an option if we wanna cardio out some weight and not let muscle degrade. Hmm I shall think some more on this. Bran, Fruit, Veges and Vitamins should be all you need, and of course, no sugar! You'll get all the sugar you need from the fructose in the fruit!
