I've totally learned my lesson when dealing with people at return desks - ask for the supervisor. Greatest invention in history. After working in a call center for the last 3 years, it's nice to sometimes be the one on the other side and asking for THEIR supervisor! haha!

Yeah, I'm a loser and have nothing better to do than sit on SG all day. But.. I might be getting contacts. I've been living with glasses my whole life; I think it's time for a change.
