it's super easy and very non-scientific. boil/ steam carrots (baby, peeled) until soft enough to poke with fork easily. drain. put in sautee pan. add 1-2 tablespoons butter (depending on how many baby carrots you use), dust carrots with brown sugar (start with a little, add more if necessary). sautee until desired softness of carrots/ glaze consistency acheived. like I said, very non-scientific, all about taste... but it works for me. There was a teacher at my brothers school who a few other teachers and the principal didnt like, but the students all LOVED him and so did a majority of the parents.
I dont know the ENTIRE story, but from what my brother was telling me....a lot of that played a roll in him not being fired..whereas the principal wanted him gone.
