No longer on top of the world. Prom got moved to a holiday weekend, making it a really tough time for me to take off of work.

I had a good interview today, and another one tomorrow. Had a good couple of days with my best friend earlier this week, and all is looking up right now. My old job might want me back soon, too. When it rains, it pours. However, it's pouring sunshine into my life, so... YAY!

So, the run with the NewBoy is over. I know it's right to walk away, but it still hurts.

I want to be encouraged by my job prospects, but things are a little sparse there, too.

Meh. I know I'm usually positive, but I just feel sad right now.

I really think men & women speak different languages. What do you do when someone tells you they're flying hundreds of miles to rekindle things with an ex, but later that night ask if you love them & confess their love for you? I drank a lot. I'd be open to other suggestions, though.
