I've decided that Today of a day I am going to play hooky from work... Its been a long week and I work this weekend. So I'm going to take today off and relax and catch up on things.

Now where is the coffee machine?

Ahh its raining outside.. cold cleansing rain.

I miss the rain, we get rain here in Michigan but I miss the days and days of rain. Takes be back to my childhood getting soaked walking home from school.

If things get too bad here in Michigan with the economy and everything may be it would be time to move to Washington state or someplace that...

When I went to Seattle a tour guide claimed that they don't get as much rain as everyone thinks. But I'm from Northern California, and THEY get a lot of rain, so I imagine Washington gets more.

What makes a photo appealing to you?

I personally like photos that pass along stories. I don't want to be spoon feed the story; I'd rather have the visual cues within a photo that let me discover what significance each point of interest has to the photo as a whole.

Pictures are worth more than words; and to me words shouldn't be included in photos....

Not everyone is "into" strip clubs and well to each their own. Strip clubs are basically a service oriented business. You go there for the entertainment certainly not for the $6.00 beers. Entertainment at a Strip club is a luxury (you wouldn't choose a strip club visit over groceries).

Thanks so much for the feedback about my practice sets! We did get into the town, but we couldn't get any good pictures on the one main street. The pic of the house with the chimneys is pretty much the extent of the pics we took in the town. I didn't want to go in the yards, because 11 people are still living there and I didn't want to intrude on their privacy. I took pics of the fire in the hills though.

Are your still looking for ideas about your next set?

You could try something outside with the fall colors, if you had something to wear that matched the color scheme then the yellows, oranges and browns would be spectacular. You could try it during the day to one of The Metro Parks. In some of the bigger parks you can certainly get your privacy and still get an outdoor location.

Last week would have be ideal for it with the 70 temperatures. It might be a little late now depends on if the leaves don't all fall off and if the weather doesn't turn nasty on you...

Any way it will soon be time for snow-scapes..and hot chocolate.

I found some really cool Photos by some really cool Peeps like kprater89, Dryad, TigerAngel and others. Does anyone know how to list favorite photos in a blog? I have some really cool favorite photos and not all involve boobies ;0)
