Wow, only a year? What's the exact date? Three is a lot of places in only twelve months, but it always takes a few wrongs before you find a suitable right, if for no other reason other than the journey towards realising what you want/need in a house. You've chosen very lovely houses to have your three in, though, which is a very large consolation - I've been in and out of share houses that smell and have vagrants wafting through them.
