When I was a child and went to bed, I could not sleep for a long time. I had a special ritual, I began to dream until I fall asleep) I now became an adult and do it rarely, but it always helps😌

Interesting shot, wistful winsome, beautiful. I may go several weeks without a dream, but then for night after night the dreams are powerfully gripping out of body experiences. Very memorable! I long for them, and then just as quickly they vanish again until the next spell.

Yes, smoking is harmful for your health. The main reason is all the chemicals that go into most brands. Nicotine itself isn't that bad. Not great but not the main reason for disease.

I smoked for 40 years, several packs/day near the end. Quit in 2004. Doctors tell me the best choice I made, but now I have symptoms. Thoracic aneurism, eroding heart muscle, chronic high blood pressure.
