I have been quarantined. My then-boyfriends sister was pregnant and they were super paranoid about it. So I got to spend xmas in a bedroom by myself and all my gifts were coated in Lysol. It was awesome.

Progress ! It's been 49 days that I've been eating healthier and working out and I lost 10lbs ! Feels awesome to weight less and have more energy to go around and do stuff

its amazing how a simple diet change can make you feel better i stopped eating shit and had miso soup for lunch instead and changed my meals to more healthy dinners and i lost maybe 3inches off my waist within about 3 months...and nearly 15kgs (uh...32pounds?)
i feel freaking good within myself....
