is from my first roll of Kodachrome 64 (expired in 2009). When I heard
about the progress being made in color processing, I got a few rolls and
tried one while on spring break in March. It came back with a magenta
cast on it and this is the best color I could get from it. I suspect the
film wasn't stored properly before I bought it. I have a few more rolls
to experiment with. I don't know how Kodachrome stayed off my
radar until after production had ended. I shot plenty of slide film in
the early 2000s but no Kodachrome. I suspect that the camera shop I
frequented didn't carry it. Too bad. It would have been great to shoot
this in its heyday.
I got home from work, walked around the end of the bed and stepped in a huge puddle of water. the sink upstairs had been leaking for hours. There is a lot of water on the floor in the other room.

As I was starting to build lights to use with my webcam, i decided to stream it live on YouNow. I actually had 3 people watching me solder wires live. They must have been more bored than I was. The LED light panels worked well. Now I get to fabricate a bracket for the back of my monitor. #goalsfornextweekend
