yeah, it's helpful. unlike the massage wands that you have to hold with one hand, this one allows you to hold the massager with both hands and pull it toward you (as opposed to pressing it toward you). thus, you're able to apply more pressure, especially to those tough-to-reach spots.

I'm finally getting around again after nearly a week being laid out with severe sciatica. I think I got to watch nearly every DVD movie I have during that time (I'm so glad I've got that player in the bedroom; othewise, daytime tv probably would have driven me insane).
