My philosophy does not introduce any ideas that are non-plausible and I've yet to come across a plausible arguement for self-programming AI's which doesn't not involve a miracle at some step.
Thus AI adaptation is limited by the programmer of the AI.
Ofcource the same holds for humans to a degree, we are just vastly more complex then contemporary AI.
