i hate hate hate a 5 hour drive. but i loves me some turkey dinner. i stick with the absolute basics. no room for anything else. meat, potatoes, dressing, green bean casserole and MAYBE a spoonful or two of cranberries. oh yeah, and gravy! one glass of wine before the meal, then onto milk.
