Sorry for not posting in such a long time, but I spend about 2-3 hours a day emailing with my customers so I get a bit sick of typing.
I started a new job on Tuesday, in customer service/sales for my former employer ALT (Applied Laser Technology). I had met with the VP of the company and we agreed that I would start on the first of December, and that I would have an office, desk, computer, phone, keys to the building, and that the hours would be 8-5. Well I was a bit stressed out, figuring I would have to learn a bunch of new stuff, and adjust myself to a new schedule...I got up bright and early, drove out there, parked my car, and went in. The VP was on vacation, no one person there had any Idea why I was there or about any of the plans. So they all just tried there best to get rid of me, with "see you laters".
What a bunch of schumks! I knew this company was fucked up, but really, they did not tell anyone that I had been hired? So, my camera business is picking up, and I think I may just call the VP and tell him that some things have to change before I start at his crappy little company.
Otherwise thigs at this end have been pretty good...Seing shows, going to movies, fixing camera, buying old speakers and stereo stuf at Good Will and fixing it up. I like working for myself and having complete flexability.
