yes take down anything that would offend. there is an educators group on this site that will tell you the same thing. dont worry if you get calls for jobs that you dont think you are suitable for. my degree is in elementary education but i sub for high school, middle school, special ed, and art/music/library all the time. districts like it if you are willing to help them out regardless of background. im kinda annoyed that this is the second day this year that i couldnt find an assignment. usually the phone rings all night and morning. not a good time of year for no money. well i think i might be taking a break from this site when my membership expires in 11 days. i might try some other site for a change of scenery. SG has just gotten so big that it has lost its "small community" feel. you have tons of people on your friends list now. dont forget me when im gone...

I thought about suggesting that we (current tenants here) get to screen new applicants since we'll be living with them, but I know she wouldn't go for it. I try to find a reason to get outside and say hi to anyone looking at the vacant apartments before the landlord shows up so I can get a feel for them, then talk to her after they leave. As for my crappy early weekend nights, we could just say I make up for it during the week.. I'm up til 2 or 3, maybe even 4 in the mornings, then get up at 6 or 7 for school.. It's like my week reversed itself.. I would like to change it the other way around, though..
