i saw your post about the 10d i have had good luck with aftermarket batteries - i just bought some on ebay for about $20 US for a set of 2 - and i shot voltaire, rae, bee, apnea, and many other with these batteries when I was in LA... they performed about the same... i have the double battery grip which extends the use a lot as well... the problem i have now is rotating 5 batteries around the single charger....
