Wow, now that the feed works again I got inundated with new blogs to read. Work is slowing down for the season, still lots of parties on the weekends but no mid week golf outings makes for a much better time. Glad your old lady is fine. I will say this about horses. I think they are absolutely beautiful creatures but they terrify me to no end. First they have huge teeth and I can only imagine how painful it would be to be bitten by a horse. B) They are frigin huge beasts and if they get spooked or pissed you could be lookin at a world of hurt. So I stay away from these majestic creatures.

Duuuuuude...that "Meat Cthulhu" is straight up WRONG. I'd never mix that much bacon with seafood; the bacon might overpower the subtler flavors of the squid and octopus. biggrin

Squid shots could work with an oakier rum, though (like Old Monk from India, or Saint James Hors d'Age Rhum). It's on my list of things to try before I die (probably RIGHT before I die...). biggrin biggrin biggrin
