I predict that once communications start up again, you'll both feel even closer to each other after having not talked for a few days. This is what happened with me and Kathy once we got to talking again. My feelings for her were that much stronger than before.

It can be tough, not being in the same place... but you'll get through it, I know!

Kathy and I are back on track. We had a difficult conversation on Friday. Things got pretty serious. By yesterday, we were pretty much back on track, which makes me happy and relieved.

I hope things are what you want them to be from this day forward.

I'm one of those who took this week off. Too much to do and not enough time to do it all.

But we have a policy where I work that no department can be entirely empty. the decision makers have to switch off so there's always some one present.

Good for you. It's very special to know that someone you care about so much has so much intimate knowledge of who you are.

I miss Kathy more each day. I go back and forth between sadness, anger and frustration, although I try to not focus on the anger.

It's strange sometimes who has known you best over the years. The truth is that I was able to open up more completely to Lyrical than anyone else, even Annette. There were things I could tell her that I couldn't tell anyone else. It's that intimacy that I miss much more than anything else we did. I'm sure it will be the same with Kathy the more we're together.

Right now, I'm having some doubts about us. I know she said that her taking a break isn't really about me. Yet, I can't stop thinking that it is to some degree.

Needy is a word I can relate to. I've been cut off from any communication with Kathy since last Wednesday. The fact that it happened without warning made it even worse. She indicated at the time that she would contact me on New Years Day. She always has been true to her word, so I'm looking forward to hearing from her in 5 days.

I know what you mean. You bunch together a decent amount of phone time, then comes a drought. I wouldn't call it being spoiled. I'd rather see it as being where you should be, meaning being with Josh in one way or another, and then it's over, at least for the time being. It's like a tease, even thought it's not meant to be.

That can really suck.

That box of cheer was awesome glad he liked it. I got 2 purses and a scarf and hat set from my man. I got him a stereo, kicker and amps for his truck. (We didn't open anything on Xmas day we just happened to go shopping and bought each other stuff as we went) the economy sucks but we made the best of it.

Have lots of fun at the party. You should be able to get Josh's present to him before Christmas with a couple of days to spare. Kathy's present is being shipped out today by the online company that I bought it from. It should make it there barely on time. Kathy already said that it's okay if it's late. She appreciates that i got her anything at all.
