I'm sure it has to suck right now with you in one place and Corey out in Spokane. But, hopefully you'll find a place soon and without crazy loud neighbors. I'm sure it'll be an exciting time. It sucks that you have to be moving away from your dad, but luckily it isn't sooooo far away. You should still be able to visit semi regularly.
