I love Stevie Wonder. I mean, I really love him; not like scream and throw my panties on stage love, but more like a give him a hug and just forget to let go kind of love.

Stupid Post Office.
I don't even remember what I put in there, now, other than the funky spray painted figure drawing. But whatever all was in there was stuff I did either by hand or computer, including the poster. I have one of those posters hanging up in my office signed by Sean Hannidy and Zell Miller. They were at a book signing and I really wanted Miller's signature, but what the hey... Now I want to get all kinds of politico names on my poster from all over the spectrum.

Go check out SFDeep's journal. Woah. He's got a link to my new hero.

I'll tell you, I'm normally a really easygoing guy, but that fucking Mario drives me up the wall. Did you hear about him and Amber? You can go ask threejane about that whole fiasco, I've got a different story for you:

Hey, hope you feel better man. Maybe you need a Hot Toddy from our friend at the creperie.

Pukey no goody.
As for the songs, most of them are actually upbeat, party-ish songs. The end is a pretty severe comedown though. I wasn't so much going for a party mix or chill mix as I was just trying to include a decent variety of nice music that can be listened to in neutral moods

Here's the thing with Mario. The guy is a fucking sociopath. And I don't mean the axe-murdering kind, just that he has no capability (that I've ever seen) for any kind of empathy.

that's funny you found some nutjobs on the kung fu tip. i researched some on-line and some of the people were laughable. i actually took a year of shuai-chiao kung fu before their SF school closed and a friend was already a student at Doc-Fai Wong's and invited me to check it out. it worked out, i'm very happy with the school -- very traditional training that emphasizes fundamentals, flow and connection.
i checked your tracks online. when i first started spinning, i was into d'n'b, did you use an LTJ Bukem track backing the live music? i hear another break from a J. Majik track off an old metalheadz comp. i don't have anything online. i've only been producing for about a year now. hopefully, one track will be pressed in the next couple of months. i work mainly with Reason and i'm in the process of learning ableton live.
is that all your art under your pics? i really dig it.

Well, in the dream a friend called me to tell me that she was one of the children I had abducted, and I felt terrible. Like, fall-to-my-knees-and-throw-up terrible. Not a good scene. Have you ever felt so guilty that you've vomited?
.. No, me neither. But the "I" that exists in dreams sure as hell has.

Yeah, it's just as important to know when to stop as it is what to draw. And almost as important as when to know to just stop drawing and burn the damn thing.

you can check out more about choy li fut at plumblossom.net. the website explains the details better than i can. it's a pretty complex system that uses the same principles of tai chi, i.e. proper form and relaxed power to channel energy through the body.
i listen to all sorts of music but i spin mainly tech-house and breaks. i've been throwing warehouse parties in the city for the past 4 years, but chilling out lately just to produce.
nice to meet you!

So you're saying 3jane doesn't look like his picture... good. (BTW, most people have assumed on my pic that I'm the guy on the left. That is wrong.)
Well, we theoreticallly could have a drawing group in a local park, but at this time of year it's rather nippy, and the model just might get arrested. On top of that, they generally frown on alcohol and other creative intoxicants on city property in the presence of children (not that anyone in Atlanta uses intoxicants of any sort.)
This artistic funk is serious. It's one of those "under pressure" things, where big deadlines loom. I've got people telling me how much they anticipate my next amazing work in "The Painter WOW" book, and I got NUTHIN, man... NUTHIN.

When I lived in Los Angeles, I fucking hated it. I have to say that I hated pretty much everything about the city, from the tips of its dying palm trees to the crust under the fingernails of the insufferable young white actors.

AND AMAZON has a freakin' clip of it! Winds of Change
I already done ordered it. Will torture you with it when it arrives. Teach you to fu in my direction...

Sometimes music like that just.. fits. Better than any cheerful music ever would.
I like to walk around this city with my friends late at night, write captions on photographs I take, cook, read, drink fancy martinis, and think about the future. I like to camp in forests, swim in lakes, and live on the west coast. I like to learn (especially Latin, even though it's somewhat intimidating), dream, and cuddle.
I.. yeah, that's about it right now. I'm in school full-time and I work twenty-odd hours a week. That's what I actually do.
Is that a sufficient answer?

Spirituality and Violence, or 'why are hippies such angry people?'
I think that most people have a very flowers and blue-sky idea about what "spiritual" means. They assume that fighting and violence are somehow anti-spiritual, as if the goal of humanity should be to wind up like Gandhi or Dr. Martin Luther King. I think those two are great and admirable men, and I love...

I'm really looking forward to FFXII, actually. It'll be more like Chrono Trigger in a few ways, which is my favorite game of all time. No more random battles.

I want a tablet -but they sound expensive.
Im not sure what im doing wrong with my images. I'll give it another go when i have something decent to post.
