ANY black is tough to dye over, that's why I tend to stay away from it. I don't know what to say other then bleaching it and then re-dying it, or chopping it off.

But, and this is probably not what you want to hear... I think it looks pretty cute/badass the way it is. I always love different color roots, and yours with the black... I think it's gorgeous!
