I'm a massive fan of the sport, but since my university team collapsed almost right after it started I never got to fight any sanctioned amateur bouts.

It's something I'd like to do in the next few years. I can send you a list of gyms that might be in your area if you are interesting in places where you can check it out.

Also, if you just like the sport we do have the boxing group here at SG. biggrin

todays workout: same as last monday, BUUUUUUUUUTTT...........

instead of 5 x 1, did 6 x 1
and
instead of 6 x 3, did 5 x 3, 1 x 4

same weight as last monday
eat, sleep lift = BIG! biggrin

kettlebell lever bench press, 3 different grips, sub max reps per arm
