I think the Gandhi approach of civil disobedience will probably be the only way to stop them... (maybe) other than that, I think perhaps if enough of the population boycotted income taxes, that could make the government take pause (why should peaceful people have to foot the bill for a war that doesnt represent their wishes at all)

Was there a kindly old lady giving everyone in line cookies and Tang? for some reason everytime I think of one of those garage election booth scenarios, I always see one of the residents of the house giving people refreshments.

Used CD Shopping Today:
-Rebecca Schiffman: so-so, but produced and featuring Walter Schriefels (Walking Concert, Rival Schools, etc)
-Modest Mouse's "The Moon & Antarctica": like it way better than their newest one (which i actually hate).
-The Velvet Teen presents "Elysium": haven't really absorbed this one yet.
-Archers Of Loaf "All The Nations Airports": replacing a lost copy from years ago.

"Moon & Antarctica" is good. However, "Building Nothing Out of Something" has some of my favorite songs on it, esp. "Never Ending Math Equation".
