I'm on the same, "No fast food challenge" as well. I did fudge a bit with breakfast from McDahlmers (Yes, you read that right). But I consider it to be a minor sin. It's the serious deep-fried stuff I'm trying to avoid. I'm also trying to lover my sugar intake.  It may sound like a lot to handle, but you'll get used to it in time.

Super quick post.

The latest attempt at a few low-cal days didn't have as good results as the last, but oh well.

And today I went to dinner with my dad's side of the fam. Just the standard buffet dinner at Mandarin and then going to my Oma's after for snacks and small talk. It's amazing how doing so little can make you so sleepy....

Well, I did it.

After 3 days of meatless, low-cal eating and going to the gym each day, I'm down 6lbs. I doubt there were any inches lost, but I physically feel better.
