Maybe you need to start looking into another kind of guy.

By no means am I saying you should go for someone that you're not attracted to. Physical attraction is very important in a relationship...but it should never, never be your first criteria.
Maybe the best idea right now is to not go looking for that special someone.
You see, if you go purposely looking, you may be trying too hard, and in the process, not use your best judgement and not find out enough about them.
If you don't go looking, you may just notice the ones that have been right in front of you all along. Or, if they're not in the picture yet, you'll have a better chance of noticing when they do come along.
I think you're on the right track to make them wait. A guy who really likes you will understand. Though, 4 to 6 months may be a little drastic. 2 months is a better minimum, 4 months if you're still not sure. But If you're still not sure, by all means keep 'em waiting.

i'm sorry you're getting objectified. may i suggest you invest some time in a completely selfish activity that will help you develop a clear sense of self? then maybe when you get treated badly it won't hurt as much.

I don't know what the 7th book is called yet....I'm not even sure she's come up with a title. As I've said, all I know is that she's currently writing it.
Don't get too excited...as I said before, I have'nt read any of the books. I've seen and own all the movies on DVD, but have'nt read the books....though I plan to. One day when I stop procrastinating about it.
