Back to smiles quickly-they're good. I know what you mean about being happy on the street, it kind of spreads. I did my civic duty today and helped three people carry their bags-and i felt great, plus I had some cool chats with them. I wonder if they went home and spoke about me? Its strange to think that you will never meet those people again....or perhaps you will.

How quick did you finish potter!!! I haven't even had time to go and buy it yet. I'm trying to avoid peering over peoples shoulders on the train but can't help having a quick read.

Oh God! I finished Harry on Sunday night alone in the house. Not a murmur left my mouth, but the tears were there.

i like the picture today, i like to take random photos but im still in the old school of film in a camera, i dunno its kinda A. because i love taking fotos the old way. Have you got the animal free shopper from the UK Vegan Society? It's really good if you're in the UK as it has all the major brand name foods and even supermarket brands and stuff. Not just food - toiletries and things like that too.

Hey there, I've been vegan for 6 years and stuff. It isn't so hard after a while and not all lecithin is animal based. Also be a little wary of the 'animal free shopper' some of the stuff hasn't been updated for a while and a lot of companies like tesco change their recipee's nearly every week!!

well thanks for the kind words, and the important thing is you picked up on the fat photo but didnt say oh yes, yes you do look fat in that one. its strange cos im tiiiiiny, the doctor told me i was underweight last week when i went for my hayfever injection. i only wanted an injection and it was blood pressure, weighed, poked and prodded then some skank mmr jab then finally what i went for. i think they go for gold cos i hate the doctors so when im there they do everything they can.

aaaaalso as for the marmite, well its the biggest jar i have ever ever ever seen, its decreasing quickly though but my friend did come round saw it and was like ooooooooooh, next day came back with a rather large empty jar, could i steal a bit of marmite??? so i gave him some in a jar, he gave me 3 too, so there could be a money making scheme here.
anyways ive wrote loads so im gonna go before i fill your journal.
