Electrifying! It kind of reminds me of the shortwave radio broadcast series that was published a while back (the one that Wilco took the title "Yanky hotel foxtrot" from). Those broadcasts are absolutely my favorite stuff to fall asleep to, if I want to have some interesting sleep travels...

Um. So I just realized there was a jazz group like 5 minutes ago.

I've seen all the Rollergirls eps now; I've rooted for the losing team every single week.

i have the sudden urge to watch seven samurai...

how bout them flyers! shame i'm stuck here in avalanche country... and i hear some guy is trying to get hockey back in hartford...at least nhl hockey the wolf pack don't count they belong to the rangers and everyone knows the rangers still suck.

Just ordered my 3rd copy of Ran. It's Criterion, so hopefully they don't fuck it up too.

All is well. I've just been in seclusion in the West Wing for too long. Interview went well, but the wheels of Government move so slowly...

That was my song for when I used to beat my Dell computer at hearts. Once in a while, I'd shoot the moon. One game I did it twice and had to put that song on.

i've heard that record is really good. i've also heard that it contains a pretty self-important liner note by Mike Patton. that guy is really starting to rub me the wrong way, despite his excellent label and music.
