I had a dream about you. You saw me but wanted nothing to do with me after everything you said. I talked to you today and you held me at a distance just the same. I need to cut these ties.

Saw the girl who I met last weekend who I felt I had a connection with but said she didn't know what to do. She was with another guy and took him to her room. I couldn't help but feel a little less of who I was. I know that I'd be better than him in every way but I never can show anyone.
