This might sound weird but I think there's someone in my loft.
My curiosity isn't compelling enough to go up for a look because my weapon of choice is stashed outside and it's raining like it thinks it's a slasher film. So I guess I'll just sit here and let my imagination run riot.
The radio is now on LOUD.

Battles is back, but things are pretty quiet and boring just now so he's not got much to say in a journal entry.
He also has the annoying habit of speaking in the third person.

Being the IT guy has it's disadvantages. I had to gather evidence at work against one of my homies today.
I knew what was going to happen to him and I couldn't even warn him properly without exposing myself.

He's a cool guy and he's been stuck in a situation that has gotten blown out of proportion by a couple of people who seem to...

andrew02:
Hello,

Thanks for the comment in SGScotland. I built that golf cart for something to do. I was bored and got a little carried away. I have way too much into it now to sell it.

I am going home in June for a family gathering. It will be nice to see everyone again.

My Cousin owns a club/bar in Leith that looks very nice in the photos he sent me. My dad was there three years ago and said the club was popular then but he changed the name since then and not sure what it is all about now.

Cheers !
andrew02:
I drive the golf cart around the grounds where I live. they encourage us to take the carts instead of our cars. No golf course here though so you are in the clear.

I will send the name of the club to your email through the contacts.

My Dad was born in Edinburgh and my Mother is from Thurso. My Brother and I were born in Dunfermline and lived in Rosyth until we moved here. We moved back to Scotland when I was thirteen for one year. We lived in Livingston for that year.

Most of my family is in or around Edinburgh.

Cheers !

Ahhh...
The best thing about being back from two weeks in Vegas is catching up with all the new photosets.

Drove from Vegas to San Francisco via Lake Tahoe. Some time in San Francisco and then down to Los Angeles on the Pacific Coast Highway. Did all the touristy shit and sprinted back to Vegas for the second week.
I gambled lots and managed to...

Pop quiz, hotshots...
If two mates are pursuing the same girl, and each asks me to keep the other away from her, are they being nasty characters?

Bonus section...
If I decide that I... umm... quite like her too and take advantage of the confusion and invite her rock climbing does that make me a dirty dog?

Fuck the monkeys. I'm going to set them at the infinite type writers and work them like Nike sweat shop kids. Get me some best selling novels out the lazy, opposable thumbed suckers.

Hey, enjoy Vegas! Its one of my favourite places on Earth. I swear. Say hi to Jez, she's the 40 year old wrinkled hooker at Cleopatra's Barge in Caesar's. She's funny and if you make her laugh she'll even buy you a drink and tell you some fucked up stories. But only when its slow an you have to tell her up front your not up for 'anything like that.' Unless you are.

Christmas Spririt rating - 2/10.
Looking forward to New Year - 6/10.
Looking forward to Vegas - 9/10.
I've been getting good practice by winning some money at the bookies. Nice.

Edited to say: Vegas is the only acceptable answer to that question.

I'm becoming very good at getting into or creating awkward silences.
Today, a colleague who was off work popped in to see us. As he came in, a colleague with a particularly sharp+witty sense of humour said "I saw your wife in the pet shop on Saturday". I thought it was going to be one of those "I saw your wife..." gags, so I started...

I've not lost the power of speech, nor is my keyboard fucked up, I was testing some of the codey bits and didn;t want to leave junk posts, so I edited them out. And... umm... left two junk posts. Never mind.

My first journal entry.
Might be the first of many, might not...

The weekend is dripping by.
It's not been boring, the problem is that it's just not been very exciting.

Had a bit of an awkward moment this evening. I was at a mate's place, watching TV and chatting, usual stuff. Other mate, Stan, excused himself and left while Steve started getting changed and...
