sorry i didnt even reply to any of those posts.. my nape has tygon in it.. it was pierced at 12 gague and it has 12 gague balls on each end. tygon is a catheder tubing thats flexable so it can heal.. its two piercings both horrizontal one like \ one like this / =) its a fun piercing... just a lot of pressure.

and just remember that you're not alone and take things a little bit at a time...I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed and unable to cope but I find that breaking everything down and rewarding yourself for doing even a little bit of it helps.
