The Stereolab show kicked ass! I got to hang with the band after the show and we closed down the bar. I was so pumped up after that, I decided I would drive 3 hours home instead of staying with my friend as planned.

Did I mention that I was going to STEREOLAB! on Wednesday? Well I am, and I have been looking forward to it for months!! I loves the groop.

I will also be hanging out with friends, so that is nice too. Will give my full appraisal when I return home on Thursday.

I am listening to the new N.E.R.D. and it is good. Little old school soul sound with some modern touches.

I would love to get some energy...coffee?? Ok, I will shag my ass to the kitchen to make some, but only if I get to eat a ice cream sandwich while I am there...

Andi McDowell is indeed quite the beauty. The quizzical look she gives is quite hot. Perhaps one of the few people I'd like not to get my jokes so that she'd give me that look.

Ah, yes, Falling Down. Gotta love that film. It led to a mildly amusing statement of mine. Remember when O.J. was in his white bronco, leading the slow-mo police chase? Well, my father, brother and myself were watching that and the report kept asking, "Where's he going?" And I kept saying, "He's going home," like Michael Douglas said. Sure enough, he went home. Just a bit odd.

Also I am very happy to report that I was able to round up a pair of tickets for the Pixies swing through Oregon. The best part is I didn't have to pay scalper's prices...
