I went in yesterday and filled out the application on the place. they have to approve it and then, because of the zoning or something, it has to go to the court and be approved.

until then, im on pessimistic pins and needles.

went in today to meet with the property manager.

I dont know how to read her. All i know is that she is going to go and measure the actual sq footage to get the monthly rate.

She is probbly just glad to rent the place. I have two rental houses and have had a hell of a time getting them rented. My guess is she just wants to get some rent checks and shell hope for the best on the rest. Just make sure she covers the terms of the lease with you. ect. ect.
