You know, while there can be physical factors exacerbating it, depression is primarily about beliefs and our expectations for the future. We can change our predictions and feel much better but there are neural pathways that we've formed, which is a fancy way of saying we have learned to automatically react a certain way and these don't disappear overnight. Stubbornness is required to unlearn the things that contribute to being depressed. You will recall that I did it so this isn't fiction. You can do it too!

It was a joy to re-see your Sets. A Set disappears into oblivion too quickly. Your quoting a song or book as part of your inspiration compliments the pictures.  It is a nice accent.

@ferkixlll. I agree, it’s sad that sets tend to fall off.. a lot of ladies here are so beyond deserving of love. I try to give it as much as possible, but I wish more of the members were more active on liking and commenting on sets.
