The smallest "bar" I ever saw was in a mall in Vegas. It was a small hole in the wall with only 7 or 8 bar stools. It was owned by the Sin City brewery. They only had 4 or 5 types of beer on tap, some energy drinks, and a handful of liquor and garnishes. They had a wall with a few t-shirts and thongs for sale, and a window you could walk up to to get a plastic cup of beer to go.
