I hear ya about the date. the dating pool out here is very lacking. well except for this one guy I met at yoga, which reminds me I have to find out if he is single or not...

Today I met a guy who had the same major I did. it was great. his friend wasn't too happy though. The friend just wanted to leave, and this guy was so happy to have someone to chat with that knew what he was talking about.

If you think you're stressed imagine how they must be feeling! I know what you mean though. While I want to be loyal to my favorite teams, I'm pretty disgusted with a lot of things. The league is getting tough on things now, but the officiating has really sucked. Who knew that 2 ref's would mean twice as bad at caling penalties? I did. (I know everything dontchaknow!) I didn't even bother watching any of the games tuesday night. My brother was waiting for me to text message him and feed him scores while he was out, but I had no idea what the scores were until yesterday morning. Anyway, back to my studying. I think that all the other crap I'm dealing with, (Dad's prolonged illness, friends freaking out and being dramatic, can't properly diagnose my truck to get it back to being reliable and then whole out of work because the shop burned thing...) has got my mind on other things than hockey which sucks because it's almost over except for the playoffs, and I'm not feeling eager to watch these days. Playing Sunday was nice though. Especially repeatedly checking the kid that slashed me, and talking smack to him every time I was out there. Roller hockey is not quite as good as ice though, it hurts more when you go down and skid, you sweat a lot more, and I end up using a set of wheels for every game played and that ain't cheap.

I was only at Northeastern for a year. then I had my daughter and transferred to Framingham State. I miss Northeastern. Hell I miss school in general.

Also if the war was about oil why is gas a $1.70 shouldn't it be $1.00 even if this war was about oil. What about President Clinton I know you'll say that we never went to war under him but whats so different about the War in Kosovo, and the war in Iraq, We never found the 300 mass Graves that the Clinton administration said would be there, why wasn't he hamstrung for this use of power.

That was, without a doubt, the ugliest incident I've ever seen in sports. Way worse than the McSorley hit of a few years ago. I love Bertuzzi was crying like a baby at his press conference looking for sympathy. He should be thrown outta the NHL permanently and I hope Moore sues him for millions.

Coming to Crossroads Tonight?

Its a great point and a real issue ... the amount of speed you can put into a hit on hockey is immense ....

And some great players have been hurt badly by big hits ... I hope this player is OK ...

I know Eric Lindros could have been much better for instance without all those concussions.

This week though is all about College Basketball and getting the final teams in for march madness ...
