I totally forgot that tonight is the night that Michelle Tea, my favorite lesbian writer, is having a reading at the Jon Sims center for the Arts. (If you want to come, it's at 11th and Mission at 8pm.)
I don't think i'll have enough to go to the reading and also go clubbing tonight. DAMMIT!
I am for sure going to 26 Mixx tomorrow night though, with a couple of friends, if you would like to meet. I'm sosososo sorry! I just can't miss Michelle Tea, she reads like twice a year.

So I heard that at Cherry Bar tonight, they're having something called, "Acoustic Sunday" and it's an acoustic guitar open mic. There is also "Respect" at Harry Denton's Rouge and Page Hodel is the DJ (she was the DJ for Club Q). I've heard more about "Acoustic Sunday" so I think more people will be at that one. I have laundry up the wazoo and homework to finish today though, but I am going to get on it right this instant and try to finish by, say, 6:00. I'll email you or call if I can finish by "the deadline" lol.

Ok, so I found A SECRET PLACE where lesbians in SF are actually pretty and nice! SHHHH! For now, we will call it "Club _____" so I don't let the secret out on the competition. Oooh, we have to go back to this club next month when it happens, if you're into femmes, this is the only place in SF where they exist!!!!
