I had a bad run in with zanax about a year and a half ago, when I washed four of them down with a bottle of vodka after being awake for almost five days and dealing with a death in my family. It was scary.
I had sleeping pills perscribed to me, but I am also supposed to take a muscle relaxer with it, as my body does strange things if it actually sleeps for 8 hours straight. In the end I decided I will deal with erratic sleep so as not to give up drinking and functioning as a person.
